We Are Building Community and Strengthening Hope — Together
Dear Friends and Partners,
As we close another remarkable year at the One Eleuthera Foundation (OEF) and the Centre for Training and Innovation (CTI), I am deeply inspired by what we have accomplished together. Your generosity, partnership, and belief in community-driven change have fueled a year of progress that will echo across Eleuthera for generations.
When we talk about sustainable development, we are talking about people, their hopes, potential, opportunities, and their ability to build strong, thriving communities. This year’s accomplishments remind us that when people are supported, inspired, and equipped, transformation becomes not only possible but unstoppable.
These efforts are not random acts of service, but part of a larger, strategic vision to create a model of sustainable, people-centered development for Eleuthera and The Bahamas. They are examples of what happens when donors, partners, and community champions come together in pursuit of shared purpose.
As we step into a new year, I invite you to continue walking with us. The needs remain great, but so does the potential. Every investment, whether financial, relational, or through service, strengthens our capacity to uplift families, train future leaders, protect our environment, and strengthen the impact of the Third Sector, while expanding economic opportunity across Eleuthera.
Thank you for believing in this mission. Thank you for believing in us. And most importantly, thank you for believing in the extraordinary people and communities of Eleuthera.
Together, we are building a future rooted in resilience, opportunity, and hope.
Warm regards,
Keyron A. Smith
